OUR PRODUCTS

POWER RESTRICTORS: our specialty is motorcycle power restrictors, that are aimed at those novice drivers who are legally required to have a power restriction kit installed on their motorcycles. In the aim to provide solutions to the new demands of the motorcycle market in Europe, our catalogue of products includes the largest 35 kW and 25 kW restriction kit range (nowadays around 1000 kits) manufactured with the highest quality, full guarantee and certified by resolutions of the Ministry of Industry, in compliance with all new regulations, including those regarding pollutant emissions.

TO WHOM ARE OUR PRODUCTS AIMED?

Our products are mainly aimed at novice drivers with A2 driving licence that by legal requirement need to install 35 kW power restrictors on their motorcycles or in some cases 25 kW power restrictors.

FOR WHICH MOTORCYCLES DO WE HAVE CERTIFIED KITS?

Thinking about those drivers preferences, we have paid special attention in the development and approval of kits for these motorcycles that are in any of the following circumstances:

  • A) ANTIQUE: There is a large number of motorcycles models for which there have never been restriction kits. However, nowadays they are demanded mainly by those users who prefer them as an initial vehicle due to its low price. As an example: K75, MONSTER 750, XL600V, XRV750, ZEPHYR 750, GS500E, GSX600F, FZR600, XTZ750, etc.

  • B) CYLINDER CAPACITY: Just because they exceed certain cylinder capacity, no matter their power, authorised import dealers for the different motorcycles brands are not interested in power restrictors commercialization. This is the case of models such as R1200C, XL1000V, VN1700, VZR1800, XVS1100A, XV1900, etc.

  • C) ORIGIN: Motorcycles that have not been introduced into Spain through the official importer.

  • D) CURRENT MODELS: We consider the importance of current models in the market such as: CBF600, NT700V, ER6N, GSF650, TIGER 800, XJ6, etc.

  • E) TO THOSE MOTORCYCLE MODELS THAT HAVE 25 KW RESTRICTION KITS EXISTING IN THE MARKET. It may be that motorcycle manufacturers do not want to develop 35 kW kits for those models. This is the case of models such as R858R, CBF600, XL650V, GSF600, SFV650, SV650, FZS600, YZF600R, etc.

  • F) TO THOSE MOTORCYCLE MODELS THAT MANUFACTURERS DO NOT WANT TO DEVELOP A POWER RESTRICTOR such as FJS600A and AN650A.

  • G) TO THOSE MOTORCYCLE MODELS RESTRICTED TO 35 kW whose serial power does not exceed 70 kW specially developed for A2 driving licence holders. Models such as: F800ST, MONSTER 796, ROAD KING, CBF600, XVS1300A, etc.

WHICH PARTS ARE OUR KITS MADE UP OF?

Our power restrictions can be:

1.- Mechanical devices: plates or stoppers of the throttle cable route, washers that are assembled in the intake ducts and caps in the curburettors bells.

2.- Electronical devices: assembled in the injection body TPS or in the electronic throttle grip.

All parts are marked with a five digits code. Optionally, a security seal is recommended to avoid the kit tampering.
